The fabric of our t-shirts is a ringspun, 30/1 fine jersey knit, made of 90% USA-grown cotton (with 10% polyester for a two-tone effect). These mid-weight shirts are soft, smooth, and substantial, with a high thread-count and tight knit.

Our screen printing process is like cooking - it's not rocket science, but easy to mess up if you cut corners or use sub-par ingredients. That's why we hire, train, and retain skilled professionals through internal apprenticeship and educational programs. We also use top-quality QCM inks, manufactured in Pineville, North Carolina, which are vibrant, durable, and environmentally-friendly.

Additionally, we invest in the best printing equipment, including M&R presses made in Roselle, Illinois. Having the right tools allows our printers to work faster with less waste, enabling us to create high-quality products at a lower cost, which we pass on to you.
